Never again! This place is absolutely horrible. The staff in particular. It all begins with the house manager Wanda. She’s very rude. She’s very short fused. She yells at medical staff at Drs offices I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Not someone you would want to put your child’s care in. My son stayed her for some time and when we were finally able to take him out of there... I spoke to the place that delivers all of his equipment and when I tried to place an order they reported to me that she said that my son was DECEASED!!!! And I had told them that had to have been some type of mistake!!!? Who would do that? THATS INSANE. It’s unethical. Another time of event, I had went to go visit my son, so I could take him out. I wanted to go for a walk with him. It was chilly out so I had asked STACY (Wanda’s daughter) for a beanie for my son. She responded aggressively. Stomped over to his room and brings back a jacket, and shouted “here this is all I could find!” I politely said “please don’t yell at me and do u mind if I go check myself?” She said well “there are no beanies that why I brought you this jacket!!” So I went to his room and guess what ? I found a beanie. So when I came back from his room...Wanda the house manager was there...because Stacey called her mommy over. And Wanda yelled at me “WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM” I told her there are no problems I just wanted a beanie for my son. I know I’m not feeling sorry for myself because most of Wanda’s staff feels the very same way about Stacy (Wandas daughter) that she’s rude all of the time and very aggressive. Almost as if she Carries around a “entitled” attitude. You know families that have children w special needs are already going through enough. If you love your child and want what’s best for them please don’t make the same mistake i made by putting my son here. Oh yah and just recently when I took my son to the Drs office I saw her yelling at the medical staff for no good reason. Wanda (like her daughter Stacy) have VERY SHORT FUSES. Very aggressive women. DONT DO IT!!!!
