Registered Nurse In the absence of the Director of Patients Care Services, undertakes the Director role in accordance with the policies and standard established by the Governing Body, and under the direct supervision of the Administrator, assists with the planning, coordination, leading, controlling and evaluation of home health services. This nurse will act as the Director of Patient Care Service or alternate Clinical Manager. Duties include, but not limited to: • Making patient and personnel assignments • Coordinating patient care • Coordinating referrals • Assuring that patient needs are continually assessed Qualification A registered Nurse with a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing 4- years’ experience working a nurse 2 years supervisory/management experience in Home Health
