Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Job Description
Registered Nurse Duties: - Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. - Ensure compliance with all standards and guidelines established by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing , The Louisiana Department of Health and The agency. - Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, and preventive care measures. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Will be responsible for initial and on going medical trainings of all Administrative Staff and DSWs. - Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in the delivery of nursing care.
