Registered Nurse
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all standards and guidelines established by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing , The Louisiana Department of Health and The agency.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Will be responsible for initial and on going medical trainings of all Administrative Staff and DSWs.
- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in the delivery of nursing care.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [insert state].
- Minimum [one year ] year of experience working as a nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and practices.
- Familiarity with primary care principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Cerner.

- Knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations is a plus.
