Caregiver Job Description
As a Direct Care Worker in one of our Residential Group Homes you will spend your shifts with your coworker caring, cleaning, and creating for our residents with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). Your home will be licensed for up to 6 residents who range in care from supervision and reminders for daily activities to full-care. Your experience with personal care, disabilities, and your willingness to learn will serve you well in this role – which provides full training on how to care for the individuals we serve. Creativity, a passion for people, the ability to have fun, and attention to detail are all key skills you’ll bring to this position. Hours – Part-Time rotating shifts, rotating weekends; Casual is flexible/as needed. Must have – A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
