Seeking a Caregiver who is compassionate and dependable

This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in various settings such as home care, assisted living facilities, and long-term care environments. As a Caregiver, you will play a key role in fostering a loving, supportive and nurturing environment for those you serve. Duties include, but not limited to: *Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. *Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in social activities and conversation. *Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals. *Help with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary to ensure client safety. *Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing housekeeping tasks as needed. *Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality at all times. *Collaborate with social workers and healthcare teams to create personalized care plans that meet individual needs. *Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately and timely. DAYS/SHIFTS NEEDED: Day shifts; 8am-4pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday with the flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends. REQUIREMENTS: *Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is not required, but it is preferred. *Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. *Excellent communication and strong patient observation skills to recognize changes in clients' physical, mental or emotional conditions. *Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. *Certification in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. *Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility assistance. *Must be dependable and a team player
