LIVE-IN HOUSE MANAGER POSITION OPEN
ADULT FOSTER HOME
BEAVERTON, OREGON
We are an Adult Foster Home located in Beaverton, Oregon. We have been an active and respected Foster Home for over 40 years.
We currently have a need for a LIVE-IN, Male or Female qualified Caregiver with some management experience preferred.
This position requires an Oregon State Adult Foster Home Management Certificate and we prefer you already posses this. Please contact us for information on where to obtain this certification.
As well as the State AFC Course the State also requires at least three years of verifiable and documented skilled care training.
Full Oregon State Licensing, Certifications, Training and Permits preferred prior to hire, but we will work with the right candidate to obtain whatever you may need.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Medication Management and M.A.R.S record keeping
2. Oregon State Paperwork and requirements
3. Communication, Coordination and medical management with Doctors, Nurses and medical staff.
4. Resident and family management and coordination
5. Meal preparations, nutrition and food management
6. Cleaning, sanitizing and general home operations
7. Employee training and coordination
8. Full resident care including laundry, toileting, wound care, behavioral health management etc
We are able to house up to 5 residents, but generally stay at 4 or below to make sure we hold to the strictest standards of high quality care.
Position is for a LIVE-IN Manager and comes with Room and Board plus a generous monthly salary, which is based on experience and includes a two bedroom, one bathroom lower floor apartment with a large living room, backyard and a parking space.
