Starting Pay Rate: $16.94 per hour (rates may vary based on case complexity, hours committed, and travel)

Job Requirements & Preferences:
- Availability in: Branford and surrounding areas
- Ability to drive to client's location
- Proficient in English, Bilingual preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
- Assisting with household tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Offering companionship and support for social engagement and activities.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Promoting client safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.
- Handling emergencies and escalating concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
