Resident Assistant

The Resident Assistant is an essential member of the Ashley Court team. You will be responsible for the daily functioning, personal care. You will enhance the lives of the residents by being a positive part of their environment. This will be accomplished by meeting the needs of the residents in a cheerful, timely manner and by communications and coordination with others to attain goals. You will assist residents in dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, bathing eating, and toileting by encouraging the residents to do as much for themselves as possible. Provide light housekeeping duties. Provide consistency while maintaining a structured and safe environment. Perform all documentation requirements. Work consistently and cooperatively with residents, coworkers, families, supervisors, and any ancillary service providers. Promote and contribute new ideas throughout the community.
