Seeking female Caregiver for morning and afternoon on call shift work.

My wife is very flexible and understanding when a Caregiver working for her requests time off for vacation or has something that they need to take care off. My wife is in need of someone to fill in for vacations (2-5 weeks) and someone that would be open to considering "on-call" or unscheduled hours. Unscheduled hours would be offered and accepted or not accepted on a case by case basis for the employee to accept or not accept.
