POSITION AVAILABLE IN ROSSVILLE GEORGIA

MONDAY-FRIDAY 10A-8P IN ROSSVILLE GEORGIA - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding - Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse - Assist with mobility and transfers of patients - Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff - Medication reminders - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Skills: - Experience working with Alzheimer's/Dementia - Knowledge of how to take and record vitals - Ability to have access to a smartphone for using the company app for clock in/out and record client documentation - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other team members Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
