Visiting Angels of Elmwood Park is hiring for Part-time and Full-time caregiving positions! At Visiting Angels of Elmwood Park, our caregivers provide non-medical living assistance services in client's homes. We assist our clients with tasks such as personal care, hygiene, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders and errands. Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of one year of documented experience providing care in a private home or structured care setting and/or CNA certificate. Must be able to clearly speak, read, and legibly write English, follow written and verbal instructions and complete daily logs. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a reliable, insured vehicle with them while on duty. Must be able to assist care recipients with personal hygiene and ADL’s. Must meet all agency requirements including initial and periodic criminal background checks and drug screening tests.
