The Company: Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community is a non-profit organization in Escondido that opened in 2009. We are licensed as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and offer independent, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. Shift Availability: Currently accepting applications for NOC Shift: 11 pm to 7 am - shift differential pay (Full-time) Job Description: We're looking for a compassionate and dependable individual to join our team in providing excellent care for our senior residents. Caregivers work with our residents to assist with activities of daily living, occasional light housekeeping, escorting to/from meals, serving prepared food, medication management services, and other various assisted living services as needed. Caregivers are staffed for these services 24/7 in our secured memory care unit. Our memory care caregivers have the unique opportunity to demonstrate a selfless service by caring for those who may not understand or appreciate their efforts. As a team, our caregivers seek to bring not only safety but also joy to these difficult end-of-life years -- both for the residents and for the family members who have entrusted them to our care. Benefits: Wage increase after 90-day waiting period.
