Park Vista Health Center is currently hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Caregivers in their Assisted Living Department and Memory Care Unit (weekends required) to work either the PM or NOC shift!

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Caregiver performs personal care and non-personal care assistance to residents with activities of daily living in a manner that enhances the resident’s sense of personal choice and autonomy.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
The Caregiver assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year caregiving experience, preferably in an Assisted Living or health care center; or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment
Knowledge and practice of safe lifting and back care techniques
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must have and maintain current CPR and First Aid card
