Care giving - Direct Support Staff

Employee to engage in activities, exercise, virtual tours and health & safety training. This job focuses on fun and getting to visit [sometimes virtually] with our clients and touring locations around the world and in our communities. We help our clients establish activities in their homes and focus on value based activities that interest all of our clients. Every day is different and exciting. Adults served have some form of developmental disability. Two DSP [Direct Support Professional] trains are offered. This pays the employee $625.00 per training - up to two trainings. Experience is not necessary. We will train. Ability to use creative thinking and share knowledge with others. Must be able to be fingerprint cleared. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour. A good driver's record, valid/current Driver's License and Auto Insurance, and a reliable car are also required. If y9u are hired to drive the starting wage is $18.00 per hour. Must be able to be insured through company’s insurance and have an insured vehicle for transportation. Monday through Friday [8:30- 9:00 to 2:00 – 2:30 approximately].We will be flexible with hours.
