Caregiver – Adult Foster Care Home (36 hrs / Consistent Weekly Schedule) Small, well-run Adult Foster Care home seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team in a calm, family-style environment caring for a small number of elderly residents. This position offers a predictable weekly schedule with a combination of overnight and daytime hours. Schedule (same every week): Wednesday – Overnight 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Thursday – Overnight 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Sunday – Day Shift 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Approximately 36 hours per week Responsibilities include: • Assisting residents with personal care and hygiene • Shower assistance and grooming • Light housekeeping and laundry • Basic meal preparation • Maintaining a clean, organized home environment • Monitoring residents overnight and responding to needs • Communicating resident concerns to other staff Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience caring for elderly residents • Patient, compassionate, and dependable • Comfortable working independently overnight • Strong work ethic and good housekeeping habits • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Our home provides care for a small number of residents, allowing caregivers to focus on attentive, respectful care rather than managing a large facility workload.
