Responsibilities • Provide health care services in patients residences • Assist with clients personal care activities • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support • Perform domestic and household tasks • Assists with or performs personal hygiene. • Ambulates, positions/reposition, lifts (manually as well as mechanically) moves, transports and assists in range of motion activities. Minimum Job Qualifications • A minimum of one 6 months of experience working as a HHA/CNA • Have a valid CNA license • Strong communication and organizational skills and high standard of ethics and compliance. • Ability to document within an electronic medical record
