The caregiver position requires our caregivers to provide non-medical care and companionship with a heavy emphasis on excellent customer service and quality care. Responsibilities Companionship and conversation. Personal Care Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADLs) Provide assistance with meal preparation Provide medication reminders. Provide light housekeeping tasks (Laundry, change bed linens, clean living area, etc.) Assistance in Bathing/Grooming/Toileting. Transportation. Requirements Must have a valid Driver's License, be able to drive, and have reliable transportation. CNA, CHHA (preferred). Home Care Aid registration through the department of social services. Copy of COVID-19 Vaccination card Must be computer literate and able to operate smartphone apps. Must understand HIPAA Regulations including ethics and confidentiality. Must have clear background screening in accordance with California Regulations. Must have TB clearance or willing to obtain.
