Caregiver Job Description
In Assure Home Assist, it is our mission to provide excellent quality services to help seniors enjoy their "golden years" in their own homes with our competent, trustworthy and compassionate caregivers. We are looking for competent, trustworthy and compassionate caregivers who are responsive to the needs of our clients, their families and the communities we serve. We are committed to provide effective and proper training to our caregivers to ensure all expectations and demands of our clients are met.

Caregiver Requirements:
Must have valid Driver’s License, social security card.
CNA/ caregiver with a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
Must have dependable transportation and car insurance.
Must have clean background check.
Must be able to communicate well in English.
Compassionate, patient and responsible
Reliable Caregiver A MUST!
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Assists client with activities of daily living.
Allows and encourages client to do as much of their own care as possible.
Serves meals assist in preparing meals following preplanned menus.
Encourages client to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids and records and reports changes in client’s eating habits to the supervisor.
Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for client and encourages client to participate in activities.
Maintains client’s records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures and promptly reports all changes to the supervisor.
Assists client with medication as defined in medication procedure.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the client.
Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.
