We’re hiring a full-time evening Resident Assistant to join our Health Services Department. In this role, you’ll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals—always with respect, kindness, and a focus on honoring their independence and choices.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)
Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day
Schedule & Pay:
Schedule: Day, Evening or NOC shift weekends required
DAY shifts available- 6:15 am - 2:30 pm:
Sunday – Thursday (2 positions)
Friday- Mon (2 positions)
EVE shifts available- 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm:
Sunday - Thursday (2 positions)
Friday - Monday ( 3 position open)
NOC Shifts available- 10:15 pm - 6:30 am:
Friday - Monday (4)
Tuesday - Saturday (2)
Starting Pay: $18.07-$20.87/hr. (DOE)
Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening, weekends, or NOC

Be at least 18 years old
A heart for helping others
minimum 6+ months continuous caregiving experience
Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
CPR/ 1st Aid certified required.
