Caregiver Job Description
Caregivers are to assist with toileting, feeding, showering, transport to all outings, appointments etc. Cook all 3 meals and provide 3 snacks throughout the day, which all food is provided by the home. Engage with the residents by playing games, painting their nails, having conversations with them, etc. We work 12 hour shifts here at MCCALL COTTAGES and employees are required to work weekends and holidays. Staff are required to complete ALL SCCMHA training which includes passing medication. Training will be provided, if necessary an extension is available. You must also pass a background check as well.
