Job Description, administer prescribed medications to patients and maintain related medical records under the immediate supervision. Verifies identity of patient receiving medication and records mane of drug and time of administration on specified forms and records. Assist the CNA's and also works as a CNA's sometimes, follows direction of the charge nurse. follow chain of command and is a good team helper.
