Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Job Description
Trail Ridge Senior Living Community, a not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for team-focused, caring professionals to join our FLEX-POOL (PRN) Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) nursing team! As a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) at Trail Ridge, you'll work with a team committed to providing residents with high-quality care to promote highest functioning level in the resident's daily living (ADL's), prepare and administer resident medications under the authority of a RN, participate in developing and executing resident care plans, support residents in social events and activities and help to create a healthy lifestyle for residents. Why you should join our team Flex Pool hourly wages up to $19/hour Additional shift differential up to $2.00 for weekends and $1.00 for nights and overnights. This is a great opportunity for students as you can adjust your schedule as needed. Nursing students that have taken the pharmacology class can fast track into getting their CMA from the SD board of nursing. What you will need: Must be at least 18 years old Valid CMA license within the state of South Dakota Work schedule may require weekend and holiday rotation Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting Who we are: We Care!
