AVID Healthcare is looking for qualified home health aides/direct service professionals to provide care to developmentally disabled individuals. AVID is an ACHC accredited home health agency. Responsibilities: Provide individualized care to individuals who are developmentally disabled. Monitor and report changes in patient health status Accurate, honest, and timely paperwork completion Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc) Provide homemaker services (cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc) Qualifications: *Minimum of 1 year of experience providing home health care *CPR/First Aid Certification (training may be provided) *Clean background (no felonies or misdemeanor) *Ability to build rapport with patients *Current driver's license and reliable transportation *Excellent written and verbal communication skills
