Job description: we are a non-medical In-Home Care look for a care provider with experience and compassion to provide non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Assist client with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and independence of clients. Support with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed. Document and communicate client progress and any changes in their condition to the care coordinator. Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients. Collaborate with other care team members to provide client centered care. Requirements: CNA certification, previous experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in the well-being of others. Ability to adapt to varying client needs and environment. Understanding of client confidentiality and privacy. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' home as needed.
