You may be a college student studying in any medical-related field, social work, or education. You may want to work overnight (asleep or awake), weekends, evenings or maybe even a day schedule. A CNA is someone who has completed the coursework and is certified to work as a CNA. A CNA works to empower and support the people we serve to achieve their goals and dreams. A CNA is actively engaged as an effective and cooperative member of service and interdisciplinary teams to implement people’s services plans and encourage people to make choices, decisions and plans that reflect people’s personal interests. A CNA is committed to providing services in a manner that reflects Living Well Disability Services’ mission and vision. A CNA would also maintain a certification as a Nursing Assistant and favorably registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
