Job Summary: Caregiver – ABC of Life Health Services Inc. The role involves supporting patient hygiene, mobility, safety, and well-being, while collaborating with healthcare teams and participating in agency meetings and community outreach. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene), light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance. • Monitor patient behavior, emotional health, and safety hazards in the home. • Document care provided and patient progress; report concerns to case managers. • Attend team meetings, trainings, and community events as needed.
