Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Job Requirements: Assist individual with daily activities and core functions on the job include: • Assist with ADLs • Perform domestic and household tasks • Follow goals outlined in Plan of Service for the individual you are serving • Caring and compassionate personality • Work in client home • Provide assistance with activities for daily living (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding) • Provide Personal Care • Companionship • First Aid/CPR a must
