Documents in resident charts and keep documentation current. Communicates resident status changes to appropriate staff. Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living. Communicates with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed. Communicates effectively with residents and co-workers. Possesses a positive and upbeat disposition.
