SPANISH SPEAKING CNAs NEEDED FOR HOSPICE AND HOME CARE

Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized care plan. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in patient condition, behavior, or environment to the hospice nurse or clinical supervisor. Offer emotional support to patients and families during end-of-life care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and respect. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for patients in their home or facility setting. Follow proper infection control procedures and standard precautions. Accurately document care provided and observations in the appropriate records or software system. Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure holistic, high-quality care.
