Silvercrest Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 60 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Crestview, FL. We currently are looking for qualified CNA's to help care for our wonderful residents! All shifts available, Full-time, part-time, PRN.

$10.50 - $14.50 per hour
