Nighttime lifestyles aid

We are interviewing for a nighttime position for him a small family assisted living facility. Responsibilities include caregiving for elders who need assistance, laundry, cleaning, and food preparation for the next day. Experience is, of course, an added benefit. But, on the other hand, experience is not necessary since my family lives on the campus and we are able to train and be supportive.
