We are a brand new, 8-bed assisted living home dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care in a warm and intimate setting. Our mission is to create a true community where residents receive the quality assistance they deserve. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs to be a foundational part of our growing team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality, direct care and assistance to residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
* Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the supervising nurse.
* Foster a positive, safe, and engaging social environment for all residents.
* Assist with meal service, light housekeeping, and resident activities.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided.
* Build trusting and meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
**Qualifications:**
* Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Maryland.
* A strong sense of compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
* Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
