CNA HHA/PCA needed

We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual who has experience caring for elderly patients. The PCA/CNA will provide support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and personal care. A successful candidate will enjoy working with elders and have an understanding of the importance of home care for preventing hospital re-admissions. Responsibilities: Maintain a client's living space and perform the necessary household duties to keep it clean and sanitary. Keep a list of clients' medications and dosages. Keep a daily log of clients' activities and behavior. Communicate with clients and members of a client's family, friends, and caregivers. Prepare meals or assist with preparing meals if a client is unable to do so herself. Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, and other personal hygiene tasks if needed. Assist clients with daily living activities.
