Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Up to $3,000 Sign On Bonus

Currently Seeking CNA's on all shifts. Full Time and Part Time available. Sign on bonus available - through January 12, 2021. General Purpose: A qualified individual who can perform the essential job functions of this position with or without accommodation. The individual’s primary purpose in this position is to perform routine care and providing comfort to the residents while communicating essential information according to protocol. Essential Job Functions: • Assists residents in activities of daily living – bathing, feeding, dental hygiene, room tidiness, etc. • Collects routine specimens. • Provides colostomy care. • Takes vital signs. • Performs various restorative care activities. • Assists visitors and answers telephone on the nursing station. • Assists with admission, discharge, and transfer of residents. • Changes linens and makes beds as needed. • Answers call bells as needed. • Completes drying/checking rounds. • Records intake and output. • Observation and reporting of changes in resident condition, safety issues and potential hazards. • Attendance at facility meetings and in-services as appropriate and required. • Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of resident care. • Maintains confidentiality of all resident and facility related information. • Position responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime and evening or weekend hours to meet facility’s needs • Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations. • Perform other duties as directed by LPN, RN, ADON, DON or the Administrator eoe
