Employees will work collaboratively alongside fellow caregivers to provide the highest quality resident care. Our goal is to make a difference every day in the lives of our residents. Some Job Responsibilities Include: Provide care of up to 8 residents at a time as directed by their personal care plan Assist/administer prescribed medications according to physician's orders Assist residents with transfers, walking, and standing Assist residents with ADL’s Provide companionship in a luxury home setting Maintain a clean and healthy environment Meal Preparation and family-style dining with residents Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in multiple resident care, skilled nursing, assisted living, adult family home or long-term care preferred Passion for working with people Ability to build rapport with residents Compassionate and caring demeanor Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional environment Ability to work well in teams and independently Flexible and positive attitude Required License: CNA Salary: Starting salary $22 Based on Experience Weekend differential +$3/hr Benefits: Healthcare Benefits Available Dental/Vision Vacation Bridge Toll Reimbursement: Yes Background Check Required Job Type: Part-Time, Full Time
