Per Diem CNA Positions Available

 Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an C.N.A. in this state  Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.  Must demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment.  Must possess the ability to assess and report resident status accurately and in a timely manner.  Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government personnel and the general public.  Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with others.  Must be self motivated and demonstrate the ability to motivate others.  Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as a willingness to handle difficult situations  Must be able to relate information concerning the resident’s condition.  Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals.  Must demonstrate computer aptitude.  Must possess the ability to remain calm under pressure.
