As a Certified Nurse Aide for Homeland HomeCare, you would contribute to our community of caring by providing direct support to clients and assisting them with their daily activities.
Homeland HomeCare provides a full range of non-medical services that are customized to meet the individual needs of our clients, with emphasis on companionship, comfort, and independence.
We are currently hiring for Full-Time, 3:00pm-11:00pm, as well as other part-time and per diem opportunities.
This position requires a valid Pennsylvania CNA license, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and reliable internet access.

As Homeland HomeCare’s CNA you would provide specialized care, personal care, and housekeeping/companion services to clients in the home, or other environments where the client resides, following an established individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Our CNAs provide care and comfort to clients by assisting with ADLs and monitoring clients through observation, documentation, and reporting of any changes.
CNA Requirements include:
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Minimum of one year of direct client care experience in an institutional or home care setting required, with community health/home care experience preferred.
Licensure, Registration, and Certification Requirements:
- Current certification as a CNA in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements and agency policy.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- Access to reliable internet access.
