As a HomeCare CNA you provide specialized care, personal care, and housekeeping/companion services to clients in the home, or other environments where the client resides, following an established individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Our CNAs provide care and comfort to clients by assisting with ADLs and monitoring clients through observation, documentation, and reporting of any changes. REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE: Minimum age requirement of 18. Minimum of one (1) year of direct client care experience in an institutional or home care setting required, with community health/home care experience preferred. LICENSURE, REGISTRATION, AND CERTIFICATION: Current certification as a CNA in the state of Pennsylvania. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements. Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers. Satisfactory criminal background check. Maintains current CPR certification, with on-site training available.
