POSITION QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of an approved school of vocational nursing, currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
- 1-2 years experience in home healthcare or related health field. Car with required proof of insurance coverage and a Pennsylvania Driver's license.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
DUTIES
- Ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services.
- Implement current nursing practice.
- Fulfils additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary.
- Gives accurate information to client families regarding the services.
