CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant with Sign on Bonus

Healdsburg, CA Full-time, Part-time Pacifica Senior Living is looking for a great Certified Nursing Assistants! This position provides direct care and medication assistance to the resident in a manner that meets or exceeds community expectations, including being familiar with and prepared to fulfill responsibilities as outlined in the following position descriptions: Job Duties: Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given work load Provide assistance (or reminders) with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed. Record and report changes in residents condition to the supervisor including but not limited to changes in residents ability to perform activities of daily living, skin changes, bruising, etc. Use approved charting criteria and procedures to record pertinent information in resident charts. Basic knowledge computer skills required CNA duties include but not limited to responsibilities associated with a personal care assistant to residents, laundry and kitchen helper. Provide assistance with all activities of daily living needs such as, bathing, transferring, toileting, dressing, undressing, grooming, shaving, etc. Position may require direct care assistance to residents with memory care impairments in a dignified manner. Required experience: 1+ year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience Current Certified Nursing Assistant License Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Negative Tuberculosis test (per state requirements) Why Join Us?
