Field Supervisor Position

Looking for an experienced, energetic, and organized CNA to join our team as a Field Supervisor at North Shore Compassionate Care. Responsibilities include, supervise the care team for assigned client cases, perform assessments for new client cases, client visits on an assigned basis, in-office and field assignments on an as-needed basis. Full time status (40 hours) guaranteed. NSCC clients are located in Chicago and Northern Suburbs. Client care is either provided in the privacy of their home or is one on one facility based. North Shore Compassionate Care is a leading home care agency in the Chicagoland area. We take great pride in service to our clients and relationships with our caregivers. NSCC Supervisors are the key to our success! Applicant must drive and have a valid drivers’ license, vehicle insurance, social security and Covid vaccination card.  Must have weekend availability and flexibility.
