The Director of Home Health Care Services manages and oversees all aspects of successful day-to-day operations of Truevine Home Health Care’s Company Owned office located in Montgomery Country. Job Requirements: • Must be 18 years and older. • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • CNA license Required • Must have a clean background check • Must have CPR/ First Aid/ AED • A minimum of six months to one year demonstrated experience as a CAN • Ability to proficient in English (read, write, and speak fluent English) • Must have strong communication and people skills • Must have good organization and multi-tasking abilities • Must have strong Problem-solving skills, and attention to detail • Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff, • Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, reliable, self-driven and cheerful attitude. The Responsibilities of CNAs, Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants include: • Work with Scheduling with Supervisor • Assist with grooming, bathing, and dressing • Assist with Medication reminders • Assist with laundry and other Daily Activities IADLs and ADL • Assist with meal Preps • Provide Daily company, emotional supports and social supports • Be comfortable with emergency equipment and procedures
