FT and PT positions available

We are seeking Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants who will provide a well-constructed, visually attractive, secure home environment to our senior adults. To offer services and resources that meet their nutritional, recreational, spiritual and personal day to day needs. To demonstrate a deep, unbending respect for senior adults and to achieve for each resident the maximum level of independence in an encouraging and positive atmosphere of genuine care. Responsibilities · Provide our residents with assistance as they accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the restroom · Maintain all care records in accordance with company policy. · Respond to any safety or medical issues · Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements. · Build rapport with residents by establishing personal connections and showing interest in their lives Skills · High school diploma / GED · Basic Computer Skills · Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy (“bedside manner”) · Must possess or be willing to obtain a CPR and First Aid Certification · Current CNA certification a plus · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both residents and staff Physical Requirements · Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day · Must be able to lift, push, pull, bend and move a minimum of 50 pounds · Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents · Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively'
