4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families on proper care procedures and health maintenance.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
7. Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Proven experience as an RN in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health care.
3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Knowledge of home health care regulations and practices.
7. CPR certification.
8. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
