1. Assist with ADL's (bathing, grooming, hygiene, walking & dressing)2. Help maintain a safe and pleasant home type environment.3. Required to do resident's laundry and perform some light housekeeping.4. Ability to lift 50+ lbs.5. Responsible for charting and documentation of medications (able to follow doctor's orders)6. Responsible for medication management for each individual resident as prescribed by their doctor's orders. Needs to be familiar with medications and have the ability to document each medication administration properly.7. Have the knowledge or be able to learn quickly how to take and record vital signs as required. Must also have an understanding or what vital signs are and what falls under normal or abnormal. (This will be part of the training)8. Must be able to read, write, and speak English for fluid communications and proper record keeping.9. Responsible for meal preparation, serving and feeding.10. Any other duties as required for the well-being of resident or which are/delegated by the Provider
