RN/Supervisor

Must have a valid state license Must have knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the industry Must pass a background screen Must be willing and ready to travel as required and be in possession of a valid Driver's license and automobile insurance Assessing clients to determine care needs and level of care needed Creating care plans/ service plans in coordination with the client or responsible party, Performing regular reassessments and observations and charting observations improvements or deterioration of symptoms and overall health condition of the client Training and Supervising direct care of workers and caregivers Ensuring care continuation in case of client transfer Preserving the privacy confidentially of client information and agency matters Assisting the Administrator to make decisions to care provision and services
