We are seeking a Caregivers, CNA, and HHA to become a part of our team! You will provide routine care to patients in the patient's home. Helping them to age in place and live the most productive life possible. Duties include executing the individual's care plan helping with an array of activities including: Meal planning and preparation, personal care and hygiene, safety monitoring, transportation, housekeeping, and mental stimulation. Desired Qualifications: 1+ to 2 years of experience High school degree Respite Care, Personal Care, Light Housecleaning, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Errands/Shopping, Bathing/Dressing, Dementia, Medication Management Pass a criminal LiveScan and DMV background check. Current Driver's License, reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance. Register with Ca Home Care Services Bureau.
