Vivat Skilled Nursing Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join our team as a per diem home health RN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, passion for patient care, and a dedication to delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities: * Assessment * Evaluation * Providing nurse visits * Monitoring, reporting & documenting changes in patient symptoms or behavior * Educating patients and their families regarding health, prevention and safety * Collaborating with other health care professionals * Treatment of patients in home health setting * Providing skilled nursing care * Managing wound Care, monitoring vital signs, physical assessments etc. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in nursing is desired but not required. * Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in home health setting required * Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Requirements: * Professional Board approved RN License * Driver's License * Auto Insurance * Active BLS or CPR Certification * Recent Physical Examination OR Fit-to-Work Note from Physician * Malpractice Insurance * Undergo a background check * Reference Check (at least 2 credible referees) Compensation is negotiable based on experience
