* full time position/day shift
* assist the client with activities of daily living
* assist the client with ambulation, range of motion exercises
* transportation, with client's car, to OT and PT
* Personal care-bathing and grooming
* completes other assignments as request and assigned in
the care plan
Requirements:
* valid driver's license
* pass background check
* pass drug test
