Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Job Description
Seeking individuals that enjoy being an aide and love what they do. We have an awesome group of residents & staff at our Skilled Nursing home that need a few more med aides to join us. Our biggest need is 2-10p and weekends and of course we have random slots for illness and vacations that need covered as well. We run an average census of 38 and we never use agency. Our staff works hard but we have just as much fun.
Smiles and laughter are required as well as a good sense of humor. The work includes being on your feet at least 4-5 hours of the shift, taking phone calls from physicians, hospital dischargers and resident family members.
We offer a very competitive wage and all extra shifts worked outside of the assigned schedule are paid extra on top of the hourly wage and/or overtime wages. The hourly wage is based on experience.
