Seeking RN or LPN 12hr Shifts

We are looking for Caring and Compassionate Team Members! The purpose of this position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents care needs and take appropriate action. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facility's goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living. Hiring 12 hour shifts from 6a-6p and one 8hour nurse from 2p-10p
